Cenovus Energy is seeking a Hydrogeologist / Hydrogeological Engineer to join the CTCHO Geoscience Services team in Calgary. You will provide groundwater expertise for development and disposal strategies across Alberta and Saskatchewan, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated water management solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geology or related field.
P.Geo. (Hydrogeologist) or P.Eng. (Hydrogeological Engineer) designation.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in groundwater/hydrogeology.

Responsibilities

Delineate aquifers and map aquitards.
Characterize groundwater flow systems and aquifer testing programs.
Develop groundwater surveillance and monitoring plans.
Apply groundwater modelling and forecasting for decision-making.
Prepare regulatory, compliance, and stakeholder reports.
