Job summary
Superior Industries is seeking a Hydraulic Designer II to shape hydraulic systems from concept to execution. You will draft schematics, layouts, and BOMs, select components, and analyze performance for efficiency.
You will collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams to ensure proper integration and provide service and sales support for hydraulic design functionality. Training on AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor and Vault is offered.
Qualifications
- 2 year technical education or applicable experience in Fluid Power.
- Requires min 2 years experience designing hydraulic systems.
- IFPS Hydraulic Specialist Certification preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Create hydraulic schematics, drawings, and system layouts.
- Develop BOMs for hydraulic components.
- Design hydraulic systems based on project requirements and specifications.
- Implement design improvements to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers and manufacturing teams for system integration.
- Provide service and sales support related to hydraulic design.
