Job summary

ContiTech in Canada seeks a Hydraulic Technical Sales Specialist to drive profitable growth in the IAM Canada Distribution vertical. You will act as the hydraulic subject matter expert, delivering technical leadership and solutions while expanding key distributor relationships and end-user engagements.

You will develop growth plans with cross-functional teams, conduct technical demonstrations, and support new product launches to strengthen ContiTech's market position in hydraulic distribution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline is preferred.
• 5+ years in hydraulic hose sales or related field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a hydraulic sales strategy to maximize profitable growth and market share in IAM Canada Distribution.
• Drive profitable sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities.
• Serve as the technical SME for hydraulic hose, fittings, adapters, and fluid handling solutions.
• Collaborate with distributors and vertical leadership to implement growth plans.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
• Support launches, promotions, and strategic projects to strengthen market position.
