Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced H-Power Sales Representative - Modernization to lead bids and secure modernization contracts in Canada’s major cities. You will develop sales strategies, qualify prospects, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure profitable projects and revenue goals.

Responsibilities include presenting bids, coordinating with operations, reading drawings, and leveraging Salesforce where possible to track opportunities and follow up on leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Successfully prepares H-Power modernization bids and executes campaign modernization sales.
• Determines customer needs and develops sales strategies to communicate H-Power offerings.
• Establishes contact with prospects and qualifies potential buyers of H-Power contracts.
• Builds strong customer relationships; maintains market awareness of projects and competitors.
• Partners with customers to develop multi-year modernization plans and address lifecycle needs.
• Presents bids and explains cost factors; demonstrates knowledge of H-Power features.
• Conducts customer follow-up on all proposals.
• Coordinates submittal packages and creates change orders as requested.
• Visits project sites and works with operations to meet deadlines.
• Maintains familiarity with company products via training and updates.
