Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced H-Power Sales Representative - Modernization to join our Canadian team. You will bid and secure modernization contracts, and develop lasting relationships with new and existing customers to ensure profitable projects and revenue achievement.

Based in Canada, this role requires 1+ year of B2B sales experience, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong presentation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience required.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings (blueprints) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute H-Power modernization bids and sales campaigns.
• Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies for H-Power offerings.
• Establish contact with prospects, qualify buyers, and follow up on leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and monitor market.
• Partner with customers to develop multi-year modernization plans.
• Present bids, explain cost factors, and highlight performance and durability.
• Coordinate submittal packages and change orders after acceptance.
• Visit project sites as needed and coordinate with operations to meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on products through training and reviews of updates.
