Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced H-Power Sales Representative - Modernization in Halifax. The role focuses on bidding and securing H-Power modernization contracts while building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure profitable projects and achievement of annual revenue goals.

You will prepare bids, identify customer needs, develop sales strategies, qualify prospects, and present bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience.
• Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Salesforce experience (preferred).
• Ability to read architectural or blueprint drawings (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare H-Power modernization bids and execute sales campaigns.
• Assess customer needs and tailor sales strategies for H-Power offerings.
• Qualify prospects and schedule calls using marketing strategies.
• Build strong customer relationships and monitor market projects.
• Collaborate with customers on multi-year modernization plans.
• Present bids, explain cost factors, and highlight features.
• Follow up on proposals and coordinate submittals and change orders.
• Visit project sites as needed and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain knowledge of products through training and updates.
• Other duties as assigned.
