Job summary

BCNET seeks a Director of Member Engagement & Communications to lead member engagement, communications, and service adoption. As part of the leadership team, you will align member insights with service planning and drive value realization across the BCNET portfolio.

You will guide programs that build community knowledge, collaboration, and a strong member-centric culture. You will supervise CRM initiatives, develop engagement platforms, and partner with portfolio leaders to expand participation.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Business/Commerce or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years in member engagement, communications, marketing, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and building engagement programs.
• Experience in higher education and/or information technology sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead member engagement strategy and ensure feedback informs planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
• Promote awareness, adoption, and value realization of services across the member community.
• Oversee brand, communications, digital presence, and social channels in alignment with organizational priorities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and frameworks for teams engaging with members.
• Manage CRM and engagement data to support decision-making and service growth.
• Collaborate with portfolio owners to expand participation and value realization.
• Represent BCNET in external engagements and partnerships as assigned.
