SWITCH BC seeks a Communications and Collaboration Lead to provide strategic communications guidance across the organization and drive a coordinated approach to partner engagement. You will advise leaders on messaging, engagement approaches, and information sharing, ensuring feedback informs planning.

You will build and sustain partner relationships, develop tools and templates for collaboration, and ensure content is accessible to internal and external audiences across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline and 7+ years of experience in communications or public engagement.
• Asset: IAP2 CP2/CP3 or CPRS APR designation or equivalent training.
• Experience in a multi-partner organization is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver diverse communications products and plans.
• Lead organization-wide collaboration and partner-engagement efforts.
• Capture and report partner feedback to inform planning.
• Maintain records and ensure consistent messaging across programs.
