Job summary

Defence Construction Canada seeks a Team Leader, RPMS to oversee multiple project management support teams and coordinate Real Property Spatial services. The role manages human resources, client-partner relationships, and PMO activities, driving governance, planning and timely deliverables across spatial initiatives for real property and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum college diploma in a related field with six years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading project teams and managing client relationships.
• Knowledge of GIS/CAD/BIM and information management standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee real property project work including GIS, CAD and BIM tasks.
• Coordinate PMO activities and report on performance indicators.
• Lead and develop the RP Spatial Services team and manage HR
• Foster client-partner relationships and ensure quality deliverables.
