Job summary

RPMGlobal seeks a Program Leader at the Valcartier Military base to lead a multi‑discipline team delivering complex services. You will manage budgets, schedules, and program staff while coordinating across service lines to meet Client-Partner expectations.

You will report to Client-Partners and DCC regional management, driving collaboration, quality, and timely deliverables in a high‑risk environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in construction, engineering, architecture or environmental services, with six years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: professional certification in one or more DCC service line.
• Strong leadership and HR management skills; ability to lead large, high‑risk programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the site's service delivery across multiple service lines.
• Develop and manage the financial aspects of the business unit, including budgeting and KPIs.
• Oversee contracts, quality assurance, schedules, and program staff; manage client-partner relationships.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to team members; promote risk management and compliance.
• Coordinate service line integration and collaboration with stakeholders and management.
