Job summary

Defence Construction Canada (DCC) Edmonton Regional Office seeks a Regional Service Line Leader, Project and Program Management to oversee delivery of PM services in the region. You will lead a team of professionals, support training, and ensure compliance with service line policies.

The role requires a university degree in engineering/architecture, eight years’ experience, and PM certification. Travel may be required; security clearance is a condition of employment at DCC.

Qualifications

• Minimum: university degree in engineering, architecture or related field with eight years’ relevant experience, or the equivalent.
• Preferred: degree with eight years’ relevant experience and certification in project and program management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional project and program management services.
• Develop regional initiatives and support national initiatives.
• Monitor regional service delivery and report risks affecting the service line.
• Carry out complex project work (e.g., technical reviews).
• Provide program management support: governance, planning, monitoring, deliverables alignment.
