Job summary

RPMGlobal is seeking a Technical Specialist, Project Management to support delivery of infrastructure and environmental projects. Based at Bagotville Military Base, you will manage projects from initiation to closure and coordinate with Client-Partners and stakeholders.

You will develop business case analyses, prepare documentation, manage risk, and support development and leadership activities while ensuring quality standards and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum: college diploma in engineering, architecture or related field with four years’ relevant experience.
• Preferred: university degree in one of the above fields and/or additional training in project management.
• Ability to apply project and risk management techniques.
• Experience with client-partner coordination is a plus.]

Responsibilities

• Research, prepare and present documentation required for long-term projects (e.g. approvals, statements of work, projects charters, budgets, policies and procedures)
• Complete project management from initiation to closure for infrastructure and environmental projects
• Support Client-Partner project approval processes by facilitating decision making and developing business case analyses
• Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision making
• Participate in procurement planning and prepare tender documents
• Coordinate consultant activities
• Act as the representative within DCC delegated signing authority
• Develop and maintain relationships with DCC, Client-Partners and stakeholders
• Ensure quality standards are met in line with expectations
• Prepare monthly reports (internal, Client-Partner)
• Support and lead business development activities
• Manage risk
• Other duties as assigned
