The role offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexible scheduling, professional development opportunities, and support programs. Salary range is $62,400–$85,800 CAD annually, with base based on experience and internal equity.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• CHRP or CHRL designation is an asset.
• Experience utilizing sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and ATS.
• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding.
• Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates via multiple channels.
• Provide market insights and guidance on hiring decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience aligned with Metro's brand.
