Job summary

eleven-X Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12‑month contract to support a high‑velocity hiring plan across technical and business roles.

You will own full‑cycle recruitment, partner with leaders to define needs and build sourcing strategies, and proactively engage candidates while maintaining strong pipelines. The role emphasizes a positive candidate experience and compliant hiring under Ontario standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience in growth environments.
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is a strong asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles—from intake through offer.
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies.

What You’ll Do

• Own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles, from Sales to Operations to Finance - from intake through offer
• Partner with hiring leaders to define hiring needs and build effective sourcing strategies
• Proactively identify and engage candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and referrals
• Build and maintain strong pipelines, particularly for sales and operations roles
• Deliver a consistent and positive candidate experience
• Manage interview coordination and hiring workflows
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and track recruitment metrics

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a scaling or technology-focused environment
• Ability to manage a high volume of roles and multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort engaging passive candidates
• Experience recruiting for technical roles is a strong asset
• Clear, professional communication and strong stakeholder collaboration skills
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools
• Working knowledge of Ontario employment standards and inclusive hiring practices
