Job summary

407 ETR in Woodbridge, Ontario, is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead complex technology, data analytics, and business transformation initiatives within the ITDA organization. You will provide end-to-end leadership across the project lifecycle, aligning programs with strategic priorities and delivering measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Data & Analytics, or related discipline.
• PMP certification required; PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, Prosci, or equivalent certifications considered an asset.
• 10+ years of progressive project and program management experience leading large-scale initiatives.
• Experience delivering technology modernization, enterprise applications, digital transformation, data, analytics, AI, or business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, prioritization, capacity management, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technology, data, analytics, and business transformation initiatives with significant impact.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to align programs with strategic objectives and investment priorities.
• Develop and present program, portfolio, and governance recommendations to executives and steering committees.
• Provide leadership on prioritization, delivery strategy, resource planning, risk management, and portfolio optimization.
• Promote project management standards, governance processes, tools, templates, and delivery excellence.
• Foster collaboration and lead cross-functional delivery across PMO and stakeholder groups.
