Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders, including multiple Project Managers, and manage dependencies.
Monitor cost, risk, schedule, governance, technical performance and program impact for component projects.
Develop complex budgets across multiple funding sources and cross-organization dependencies.
Report to executives, manage change, and communicate program status to stakeholders.
