Job summary

LTIMindtree Canada is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Montreal (Hybrid) to lead client-facing delivery of an integrated software solution. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring alignment on processes, data flows, and testing.

The role requires 7+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms. Hybrid work in Montreal is supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business IT, CS, or related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in client-facing solution consulting, business analysis, or delivery of large-scale software implementations.
Experience in workers compensation or broader insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop an end-to-end understanding of the implemented solution.
Bridge between client stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
Understand integrations, data flows, environments, releases, and testing without deep coding.
Lead integration testing from a business/functional perspective.
Advise on environment strategy, release planning, and business impact.
