Job summary

OPTrust is seeking a Senior Investment Coordinator to support Total Portfolio Management in Toronto. You will manage calendars, coordinate committee meetings, and lead procurement to enable TPM priorities. The role requires extensive experience with investment professionals and procurement processes.

The position offers a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence governance, budgeting and vendor management within a pension-focused organization.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience working directly with investment professionals, preferably with exposure to knowledge management processes.
• University education related to business, finance, or other relevant disciplines; knowledge of the investment or pension industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in the investment-related procurement process, with negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and support a broad range of business activities.
• Manage the calendar and inquiries for senior leadership, coordinating schedules and meeting logistics.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and procurement activities in line with policies.
