The role emphasizes consulting with departments on computing solutions and maintaining secure, scalable database-driven web applications, backed by a strong mix of Windows and Linux expertise.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in computing science or a related field with five years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems, LANs, printers.
• Proficiency with Apache/MySQL and related technologies.
• Experience with scripting and high-level programming languages.
• Experience designing secure database-driven web applications.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux OS.
• Experience with Linux-based hosting and containerization.
