Job summary

adidas Golf Sales is seeking a Sales Support Representative to partner with Golf Sales Reps and manage orders, product availability, and delivery execution in Woodbridge, Ontario. This role requires coordinating with multiple internal departments to ensure timely, accurate service and exceptional customer support.

Responsibilities include maintaining an accurate order book in SAP, processing orders, and resolving inquiries in both English and French.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service, sales support, order management, or related experience.
• Experience in sporting goods, apparel, retail, wholesale, or consumer products is a plus.
• Strong proficiency in English and French, with ability to communicate effectively in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with Golf Sales Reps and key accounts.
• Manage and maintain an accurate order book to support timely fulfillment and delivery.
• Process customer orders and changes in SAP and other systems.
• Support territory sales objectives through order management and customer support.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Distribution Centres, and Customer Service teams to improve service levels.
