Zurich Cover-More is seeking a Risk Transformation Lead to shape risk embeddedness across a major NA and Global Partners integration. You will provide strategic insight, challenge, and practical leadership to harmonize risk practices and strengthen governance while supporting confident decisions across the business.

You will influence senior leaders, champion a strong risk culture, and drive a more connected, resilient organisation through a high-visibility transformation program.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in a regulated environment.
• Experience managing risk through complex transformation, change, or integration.
• Strong knowledge of ERM and OR frameworks and their pragmatic application.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent challenge across transformation initiatives and escalate issues.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders across North America and Global Partners.
• Lead harmonisation of risk practices post-acquisition and drive transition plans.
• Provide leadership to risk team, fostering accountability and performance.
• Define target-state governance, accountability, and escalation pathways for stakeholders.
• Ensure risk decisions consider customer outcomes and compliant growth.
• Champion unified risk culture across the transformation journey.
