Job summary

You will standardize processes, drive control framework adoption, and maintain a centralized Enterprise Control Library across Lines of Defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business required.
• Experience in risk governance within financial services.
• Knowledge of risk and control methodologies across large organizations.
• Strong regulatory knowledge and ability to assess control design.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change management strategies aligned with transformation priorities.
• Lead risk identification and control assessment methodologies for enterprise-wide consistency.
• Develop centralized Enterprise Control Library and standard control descriptions.
• Engage stakeholders across Lines of Defense and regulators; provide analytics and advisory support.
