Job summary

Bantrel is seeking two Project Engineers to join our team in Edmonton and Calgary. These roles provide technical leadership across engineering disciplines to ensure work plans align with the Project Execution Plan and goals for safety, quality, schedule, and cost.

The successful candidates will interpret, organize, and coordinate all engineering work on the project, mentoring teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
• P.Eng. designation with APEGA, or eligibility to obtain registration with APEGA.
• 5–10 years of progressive Project Engineering experience.
• Experience on EPC projects in Oil & Gas, Energy, or related sectors.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and project deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multi-discipline engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide full technical responsibility for planning, interpreting, organizing, executing and coordinating engineering assignments.
• Manage project design, scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables for successful execution.
• Review and approve design documents, trends, change orders, RFIs, and schedules.
• Act as primary engineering liaison with Clients, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, and other stakeholders.
