Job summary

Allnorth-Consultants-Limited is seeking an experienced EIC Project Manager to lead electrical, instrumentation, and controls projects from proposal through delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure client expectations are met.

The role requires strong communication and multi-project leadership in a hybrid Calgary/Edmonton setup. You will mentor project staff, support proposals, and travel to client offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in EIC engineering, construction or related services.
• Over 5 years in project management for EIC projects or consulting.
• Strong skills in project controls, scheduling, and cost tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay organized.
• PMP or equivalent training is an asset; registration as a professional engineer is an asset.
• Must be based in the Calgary or Edmonton area with travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead EIC projects from proposal through execution and closeout.
• Act as primary liaison between clients, internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate engineers, designers and project team members.
• Develop execution plans, schedules and budgets.
• Track performance, manage scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Support proposal development and resourcing; mentor junior staff.
