The role requires 15+ years in engineering, a P.Eng. designation, and demonstrated leadership of large teams on complex projects. Relocation is not required, and travel is as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) certification is required.
• 15+ years of engineering experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on EPC/EPCM projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and coordinate execution.
• Develop engineering execution plans and monitor progress.
• Review schedules, risks and ensure compliance with client specs.
• Support project managers with planning, forecasting and reviews.
