Job summary

NERA is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support campus, virtual, and Ph.D. recruiting activities. You will interface with professionals and candidates, screen applicants, and coordinate interview logistics. The role emphasizes accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration within a hybrid work model.

Excellent communication, multi-tasking, and MS Office proficiency are essential. A 1–2 year background in recruiting/HR and a Bachelor’s degree in Business or HR are desired to succeed here.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience within a Recruiting or HR team at a professional services, consulting, or financial services firm.
• Excellent communications skills (oral and written).
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and complete tasks.
• High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience with ATS / HRIS; Workday and/or Handshake is preferred.
• Undergraduate degree in Business, Human Resources, or related studies, from a well-regarded college/university.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus, virtual, and Ph.D. recruiting activities and timelines.
• Interface with NERA professionals and candidates to move selections forward.
• Screen potential candidates and extend verbal offers where appropriate.
• Manage scheduling and logistics for interviews, both virtual and in-person.
• Track candidate status and generate recruitment reports in Workday.
• Draft offer letters and supporting documents to facilitate hires.
