Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to pre-employment.
• Engage candidates, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to meet staffing goals.
• Support recruitment campaigns and events as required.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in HRIS/ATS.
