Bill Gosling Outsourcing in Barrie, Ontario is seeking a Hybrid Recruiter to own the full recruitment process—from sourcing and screening through interviewing, offers, and pre-employment steps. Compensation: $48,000 per year. Work Model: Hybrid.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience with full-cycle recruitment, sourcing candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency with MS Office; Workday experience is a plus.

The Branch Recruiter is responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process in strategically finding the best talent to join the organization while driving to reach the teams hiring goals. This entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and assessments, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations, all while ensuring a positive candidates experience. In addition, the Branch Recruiter will create partnership and maintain communication with the management team, external vendors, and various government agencies to effectively facilitate the recruitment process.

Bill Gosling Outsourcing is looking for a Hybrid Recruiter to join our People & Culture team in our beautiful Barrie, Ontario office!

As our Hybrid Recruiter, you’ll own the recruitment process from start to finish — sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating assessments, extending offers, and helping candidates take the next step in their careers.

You’ll also partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to meet hiring goals while creating a positive and engaging candidate experience.

Compensation: $48,000 per year

Location: 55 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, Ontario

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening through interviews, assessments, offers, and pre-employment requirements
• Find and engage great candidates for a variety of hiring needs
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process
• Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and collaborate to achieve hiring goals
• Facilitate and participate in open houses, virtual hiring events, career fairs, and recruitment campaigns
• Help coordinate recruitment initiatives such as employee referral programs
• Maintain accurate candidate and employee information within our HRIS
• Ensure recruitment and employment documentation is completed and properly maintained
• Support candidate surveys and other recruitment initiatives as required
• Work with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and government agencies when needed

What You’ll Bring

• Have at least 1 year of recruiting experience, ideally within a high-volume environment
• Have experience with full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing candidates
• Are comfortable managing multiple priorities and hiring needs at the same time
• Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Enjoy partnering with hiring managers and working as part of a team
• Have a strong focus on both candidate and internal client experience
• Are comfortable using applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms — Workday experience is a plus
• Have strong computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
• Are confident speaking with candidates individually and in group settings
• Can use recruitment data and workflows to help improve hiring results

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is considered an asset
