You will manage proposals, coordinate content, and ensure timely submission, partnering with writers, designers, and project managers. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience coordinating proposals with multiple partners involved.
• Post secondary education in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience coordinating information for proposals with varying complexity.
• Knowledge of the RFP process and proposal lifecycle; municipal RFP experience is an asset.
• Detail oriented with proofreading ability.
• Strong communication; translate technical language into client-focused proposals.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review RFPs and provide high-level summaries to Technical Team.
• Prepare proposal documents and planning elements per RFP requirements.
• Establish and manage proposal timelines with milestones and deadlines.
• Lead and facilitate proposal team meetings.
• Coordinate proposal content with writers and designers.
• Ensure proposals meet editorial and branding standards.
• Keep CVs and project sheets up to date.
• Proofread and format drafts before sending.
• Collaborate on final assembly and submission.
• Perform final quality control on documents.
• Track proposal successes and attend debriefs.
