Job summary

CIMA+ is seeking a Senior Proposal Advisor to join our Infrastructure team. You will coordinate proposal responses to RFPs, manage templates, write methodology sections, and ensure timely submissions across the province.

Based in Québec City or other offices with a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate with engineers and partners, leveraging bilingual communication and AI-enabled tools to deliver high-quality, competitive proposals that support municipal and real estate projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Communications, Marketing, Translation, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Minimum of seven(7) years of experience in technical writing or proposal development.
• Excellent command of both French and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RFPs, identify key requirements, and facilitate meetings for competitive proposals.
• Coordinate preparation of proposals, including kickoff, pricing, templates, charts, and staff qualifications.
• Monitor proposal schedules and track technical and financial submissions.
• Leverage internal expertise and resources to develop compelling proposals.
• Improve proposal development processes and optimize tools for quality and competitiveness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and relationships with partners.
