Job summary

WSP in Canada is seeking a Proposal Coordinator in Vancouver to join a collaborative national team supporting the pursuit of transportation and infrastructure projects across Canada. You will partner with technical experts, project managers and pursuit teams to deliver high-quality proposals, develop executive summaries, project descriptions and resumes, and ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in proposal development or related environment.
• Experience supporting pursuits in engineering consulting or professional services is an asset.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and document production skills.
• Ability to interpret technical information and transform it into client-focused content.
• Experience coordinating multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Advanced MS Office; SharePoint Online; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and delivery of proposal submissions from kick-off to final submission.
• Drive proposal schedules, review cycles, and compliance for timely submissions.
• Develop proposal content including executive summaries, project descriptions, qualifications, resumes, and response matrices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for clear, consistent proposal narratives.
• Partner with visual specialists to integrate graphics strengthening client messaging.
• Maintain proposal records, databases and knowledge management for continual improvement.
• Contribute to pursuit strategy discussions and position WSP for complex opportunities.
• Support a culture of collaboration, quality and learning within the national proposals team.
