Job summary

Pomerleau is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Civil & Infrastructure teams on large-scale construction projects. You will manage multiple activities and schedules, ensuring clear communication among clients, the team and trade partners.

Responsibilities include reviewing schedules, maintaining shop drawings, RFIs, POs and project documentation, and gathering quotes to secure best prices. A strong client service mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience in the construction industry.
• University degree or Technology Diploma in Engineering.
• A passion for providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project team with project coordination and administrative support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with team members, trade partners, consultants and clients; review, interpret and update construction schedules.
• Maintain shop drawings, RFIs, material purchase orders, change order quotes and project completion documents.
• Review, collect and analyze project quotes to seek out the best prices in the market.
• Own the collection and completion of company-wide project reports for assigned projects.
• Promote safety standards on-site per HS&E programs and applicable OH&S acts and regulations.
