Job summary

ARTISTS ANIMATION STUDIO is seeking a Production Coordinator to support the Production Manager and Producer, coordinating assets, schedules, and client communications. You will oversee multiple teams, set up Shotgrid, and facilitate handoffs across departments with an emphasis on proactive planning and organized workflows.

The role involves liaising with Directors and Supervisors, ensuring on‑time asset deliveries, and maintaining reference documentation for artists and leadership.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with Google Suite applications.
• Experience in coordinating animation/production assets and schedules.
• Strong communication skills and proactive issue flagging.
• Excellent organizational skills and workflow optimization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and leadership-friendly communication.

Responsibilities

• Pro-actively retrieve production assets and prepare departmental breakdowns.
• Enter information into Shotgrid and coordinate workloads with Supervisors.
• Track artist output and provide weekly progress updates to Production Manager/Producer.
• Flag schedule issues early and communicate with stakeholders.
• Take notes in departmental sessions and ensure attendance.
• Liaise with tech support to assist artists and tracking systems.
• Manage asset deliveries to/from the client and troubleshoot delivery issues.
