Job summary

RR46 is seeking a Project Coordinator to help keep client work organized from initiation through delivery. You will support project managers, account teams, creative teams and production partners by coordinating timelines, maintaining project information and assisting with the day-to-day details required to deliver high-quality work.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive and eager to build their career in an agency environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, project management or related field.
• Marketing background and understanding of common channels and deliverables.
• Experience with timelines, deadlines, tasks and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, with strong follow-through and the confidence to ask questions when direction is unclear.
• Experience with project management software or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Delegate tasks across internal teams to ensure projects move forward efficiently.
• Facilitate clear, timely communication between media, creative, and account teams.
• Prepare and maintain project status and updates.
• Keep stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Coordinate the development and delivery of media assets across multiple channels.
• Ensure all creative materials meet platform specifications and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects on track.
• Maintain organized records of assets and campaign materials.
