Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication across audiences.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating timely policy reviews and delivering fit-for-purpose policy documents.
• Providing policy subject matter expertise and promoting best practices within the OMERS framework.
• Managing version control and tracking changes to keep stakeholders informed.
• Maintaining and updating policy documents and coordinating amendments with SMEs.
• Collaborating across the organization to advance strategic objectives and gather feedback.
• Participating in monitoring and testing of compliance activities to generate insights.
