Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, risk management, business or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex regulatory and financial information into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Power BI experience preferred.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments and assess implications for the organization.
• Support audits, reviews, and regulatory inquiries; draft responses and coordinate submissions.
• Develop materials for special projects and regulatory consultations; create data visuals and dashboards.
• Gather data to support regulatory reviews and internal audits; prepare summaries for senior review.
• Maintain organized records of regulatory communications and audit findings; track remediation progress.
