OMERS / Oxford Properties Group in Toronto is seeking a Lead, Compliance Operations on a 12-month contract to strengthen regulatory oversight and reporting across the organization.
You will assess compliance designations for roles, administer mandatory training, monitor activities, and deliver meaningful insights to management, enabling effective risk management while collaborating across teams. This role reports to the Director, Compliance Operations and supports compliance monitoring, risk identification, and process improvement initiatives across the organization. This position is important because it helps ensure the organization meets its regulatory and policy obligations through effective compliance oversight, monitoring, and reporting. In this role, you will help strengthen the compliance framework by executing monitoring activities, improving processes, supporting due diligence requirements, and delivering meaningful compliance insights.

The expected salary range for this position is $86,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year, prorated based on the term of the contract. You may also be eligible to receive an annual Incentive Award pursuant to our Short-term Incentive plan and our Long-Term Incentive plan (if applicable), and to participate in our group benefits and retirement plans – details on these elements of compensation are included within OMERS & Oxford offer letters.
