You will collaborate with producers and insurance partners, handle renewals and endorsements, assess risks, and guide clients through claims, applications, and documentation, with a compensation package featuring commissions and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Personal Lines brokerage experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with EPIC and Compu-Quote is an asset
• Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
