As a Payments Services Administrator, you will ensure vouchers and payments to external entities are accurate, properly supported, authorized, and recorded to the general ledger in the relevant fiscal year, and act as a liaison between campus

Responsibilities

• Ensure vouchers and payments to external entities are accurate and properly supported, authorized and recorded to the general ledger.
• Resolve invoicing problems by liaising between campus departments and suppliers, providing information as required.
• Adhere to university policies, procedures, collective agreements/terms & conditions and applicable legislation. Implement controls to ensure data integrity in financial systems.
