Job summary

Linkby is expanding its North American footprint and is seeking a Partnerships & Growth Manager to join our Canada-based team (Vancouver preferred). You will prospect and close new brand and agency partners, onboard them to Linkby’s CPC platform, and own relationships long-term through account management, retention, and upsell.

This hybrid role includes a weekly WeWork day in Vancouver or Toronto. You will work with advertisers at the forefront of AI Visibility, helping them understand and act

Qualifications

• 3+ years in partnerships, sales, or account management in digital media/adtech
• Existing network of brand marketers or agency contacts
• Full-cycle experience: hunting new business and managing accounts post-close
• Self-starter with discipline to own your pipeline remotely
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or CPC models is a plus
• CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch, and close new brand advertisers and agency partners across North America
• Generate and nurture leads through outbound outreach, referrals, and your existing network
• Onboard new partners and become their primary point of contact and platform expert
• Own ongoing account relationships, including campaign performance, retention, and upsell
• Attend industry events, brand marketing meetups, and networking functions
• Take ownership of quarterly revenue KPIs across your full book of business
