Job summary

Alternative Payments is building a financial operating system for SMBs. We’re seeking a Partnerships Lead to expand our NA program, building relationships from scratch and owning a high-impact, greenfield motion.

Eligible to work in Canada with Toronto or Vancouver locations; regular travel and in-office days in Toronto. You’ll own the partner motion from cold outreach to onboarding and referral generation, collaborate with Sales/Marketing, and shape a scalable approach while mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS sales and/or partnerships.
• Proven outbound sales motions with cold outreach and pipeline generation.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Independent, proactive work style with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner motion end-to-end from outreach to onboarding and ongoing management.
• Run activation sequences with new partners and drive referral generation.
• Represent Alternative Payments at industry conferences and events.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to maximize partnership impact.
• Propose improvements and scale the partnership motion across ecosystems.
• Mentor teammates and foster growth.
