Job summary

Desjardins in Montreal is seeking an administrative professional to carry out a variety of operational tasks related to caisse products and services. The role includes data validation, report reconciliation, and liaison with multiple Desjardins components to ensure accurate and timely processing.

You will handle calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre, propose sustainable solutions to members, and maintain strict adherence to security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle customer inquiries and maintain data accuracy.
• Experience with data entry and document management.
• Knowledge of French required; bilingual capabilities are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile reports for caisse sectors and perform follow-up with members and customers.
• Input, validate, and save data in the system.
• Coordinate liaison activities with Desjardins components and process notices and follow-up.
• Perform search requests and organize information per procedures.
• Carry out filing and document management including purging and storage.
• Take transactional and informational calls from the AccèsD Contact Centre and propose solutions.
• Ensure timely completion of activities with adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain security of transactions and operations per policies.
