Job summary

ecl.vincere.io is seeking an Operations Manager for an in-office/hybrid role with a New Brunswick insurance brokerage. You will partner with senior leadership to shape operations, technology adoption, and organizational growth across multiple locations.

You will lead day-to-day operations, develop people, drive strategic initiatives, and expand client relationships in a growing brokerage. This role offers broad exposure to operations, business development, and change management.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or management experience within insurance or financial services.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• NB Broker License with CAIB designation and knowledge of brokerage operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple locations with senior leadership alignment.
• Lead people development, engagement, onboarding, and performance management.
• Partner with leadership on strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
• Drive business development and strengthen client relationships in the market.
