Job summary

Aviva Canada is seeking a Broker Operations Specialist for the Greater Toronto Area. You will act as the primary contact for broker panels, coordinating onboarding, product inquiries, and operational support while driving performance and profitability within an assigned portfolio.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely broker service delivery, execution of regional initiatives, and regular business reviews.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Insurance, or related field.
• Experience in P&C insurance broker channel or similar.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal and external broker demand through Salesforce and resolve requests promptly.
• Coordinate broker onboarding and setup for new partners.
• Support underwriting resolution with internal teams and brokers.
• Develop and monitor broker performance and growth plans for the portfolio.
• Lead broker meetings and regional communications to align objectives.
