Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in operations, inventory, procurement, logistics, or business support.
• Post-secondary credential with 1–2 years of study or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Fluency in both English and French is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes, stock replenishment and supply orders.
• Coordinate procurement activities including requisitions, invoice processing, and vendor management.
• Act as the primary liaison with vendors and warehouse operations to support product availability, delivery coordination, and issue resolution.
• Manage SharePoint sites, document libraries, SOPs, operational resources, and process updates to ensure information remains current and well governed.
• Support process improvement initiatives and operational standardization across the team.
• Develop operational, inventory, procurement, and service delivery reporting to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
