Desjardins Ontario Credit Union seeks a market development manager to lead a department, drive strategic priorities, and strengthen member and client relationships across a defined business line.

You will coach a team, develop plans, monitor performance, and promote a competitive service offer while upholding Desjardins’s values. Travel between service centres is expected and bilingual communication in French and English is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (required).
• Mutual fund representative certificate – Autorité des marchés financiers (required).
• 9+ years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written.

• Support the supervisor by developing business strategies aligned with Desjardins’s priorities.
• Ensure quality of services and manage member/client relationships.
• Implement and monitor action plans to achieve targets.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the team; develop talent and ensure high-quality service.
• Develop competitive, profitable service offers in collaboration with other components.
