PureLogic IT is seeking a Jr. Inside Sales Representative based at 1145 Innovation Drive, Kanata, ON. You will provide operational, procurement, and sales support while developing foundational knowledge of IT solutions, CRM, and vendor engagement.

You will support quotations, deal registrations, POs, and invoicing, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate records and timely responses. This entry-level role offers training and professional development within a collaborative

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in sales support, customer service, administration, procurement, or similar environments.
• Strong keyboarding and data-entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent email management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• French-English bilingualism is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of quotations for hardware, software, services, and maintenance.
• Assist with deal registrations, pricing requests, and rebate programs.
• Process customer and vendor purchase orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate procurement activities with manufacturers, distributors, and vendors.
• Deliver responsive and professional support to customers, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Maintain CRM/ERP records and assist invoicing, reporting, and returns.
