• Able to support, maintain, and enhance billing, customer management, and operational systems.
• Experience with building integrations between internal and external platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with scripting and reporting to automate processes.

• Create reports and automation tools for operational efficiency.
• Build and troubleshoot integrations with internal and third-party systems.
