Job summary

Entertainment Partners Canada, a leading provider of entertainment payroll and production management software, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver desk-side support to EP employees. You will image computers, deploy devices, install software, configure printers, assist with asset management, and train end users while providing strong customer service.

You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborate with IT teams, and escalate complex issues to senior engineers or vendors.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or 2 years equivalent work experience
• ITIL 4.0 Foundation certified preferred
• Previous call center experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented, analytical and dependable

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by owning end-user issues and updating tickets
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues and escalate when needed
• Set up and maintain end-user devices including PCs, Macs, printers and scanners
• Document workarounds and root causes in the knowledge base
• Perform basic system administration such as AD and Exchange tasks
• Assist with onboarding and HR-related workstation setup
• Train end users on software and provide video tutorials
