Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an HR Specialist to support full-cycle HR programs and initiatives across the organization.

The role covers recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and HR compliance, in a hybrid Dorval-based environment with regular onsite presence. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and possesses at least three years of HR experience in Canada, with working knowledge of Quebec and Ontario employment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of three (3) years of progressive HR experience in an HR Specialist/Generalist role.
• Working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation in Quebec and Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including postings, screening, interviews, and reference checks.
• Coordinate onboarding including orientation, documentation, HRIS data entry, and integration.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, programs, and benefits; handle routine employee-related matters.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and organizational changes; escalate complex matters to HR leadership as needed.
• Assist with performance management activities and documentation, and help with compensation review support.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Administer benefits processes and respond to routine inquiries.
